For 25 years, Molto Mozzo has been serving up authentic New Haven-style pizza in the heart of Phoenix. Our journey began in 1999 when our founder brought the unique cooking techniques from Connecticut to the Southwest.
What makes our pizza special? It's the thin, chewy crust with characteristic charring, limited use of melting cheeses, and coal-fired perfection. Every pizza is cooked well-done in our custom-built ovens that reach temperatures over 650°F.
From our classic tomato pie to our signature white clam pizza, we've stayed true to New Haven traditions while adding our own Arizona flair.
